Companies cannot recruit their way to being more inclusive.
Not the way they are currently doing it.
Real change doesn’t start by ONLY hiring entry-level employees, but by addressing the corporate process, protocols, policies and procedures. Inclusivity requires a change in thinking by leadership of companies. Leadership not only has to want to become more inclusive, but they also have to become the internal champions for inclusivity.
This is easier for them when they realize the business advantages to having more inclusive teams from the TOP down, not the bottom up!
Change starts with leadership.
