Our process begins with in‐depth discussions about the positions to be filled and the skills you expect promotion‐eligible employees to bring to the job. Based on your priorities, we craft a tailored curriculum and schedule for your review and approval. We then develop communication materials—including emails, intranet articles, and signage—to announce the availability of the development pool and participation criteria. Employees in eligible positions may self‐nominate or be recommended by their managers.
Once the development pool is established, we coordinate and evaluate all in‐person events and educational offerings. Participants connect with one another, with your team, and with our Focus & Find® experts. As they progress, we maintain detailed records and performance scores, providing regular updates and a final report that ranks each candidate while highlighting individual strengths. Ultimately, participants enhance their current skills and position themselves for future promotion.
