The real solution to obtaining the inclusivity that everyone is striving to achieve is really housed in one word, and that word is "fair."

See, corporations are not seeking to hire people to give advantages or disadvantages to... that's not what they are seeking to do.

Conversely candidates, on the other side, don't want a job that they haven't earned or that they haven't work for or they don't have the experience or they have the ability to drive it. They don't want that.

Candidates want the ability to be in a place, work in a place that respects their skills and abilities, and embraces them, welcomes them and includes them at the table of decision making.

Everyone is seeking a fair chance. This is why we have to change how we do recruitment.
