I am all about fair.
I believe by being fair we can do a better job of recruitment. This is why I founded Focus & Find®, to do recruitment better. We’ve created a system designed to help companies assemble a workforce for the changing times. By expanding the pool of talent, and how clients interact with candidates, I am committed to making the process fair and rewarding for both clients and candidates. Believing in fair has led me to develop Socially Responsible Recruiting™.

I’m here to make it easier for Socially Responsible Recruiting™ to happen. I coordinate and oversee operations to ensure that as an organization, Focus & Find® works towards achieving a recruiting system fairer for all. I tend to sweat the details of how Desmund’s vision for Focus & Find® is manifested through our practices and policies. A fair chance is all anyone wants, and I am honored to be part of an organization working hard to bring fairness to the recruitment of talent.
Chief Technology Officer
I am responsible for making sure fair is integrated into all our systems. To accomplish this, we built our own system. I manage the proprietary technology that makes Socially Responsible Recruiting™ possible. It is one thing to talk about fair recruiting, but we have managed to build it into how we do recruitment through our various processes. Our promise; this technology better reflects the process mutually inclusive for candidates and recruiters. As a team member, I am so proud that Focus & Find® had the forethought to initiate a system that makes the recruitment of talent a fairer process.
We put our money where our mouth is. After each Focus & Find® engagement is completed, we make a donation to a local charity in honor of your company’s commitment to social responsibility.
